Wijnbeschrijving | The dress is very pale pink with light violin reflections. The effervescence is very fine and nourished a nice bead of foam on the surface of the wine.The first nose is delicate, while shade of spring flowers. Lilac, lily of the valley, blueberries and their apricot shades can be seen in turn. On warming the expression becomes more winey and fruity but retains its magnificent freshness as evidenced by the effluvia of rose water and pink grapefruit. It is a nose of a rare subtlety. |
